The average distance traveled by a person in a day in India is less then five miles. Which is a lot fewer miles then the average US citizen travels in one day. So the affected area's are much smaller because it takes longer to get from point a to point b. When it does infect an area a lot of the citizens have no medical care and die with out being diagnosed or treated. So the actual number is unknown in India. While in the USA the other factors contributing to the death  are ignored if the person is suspected of being infected.

Corona virus by the way is still far short of the over 400,000 US citizens that died in a malpractice epidemic a few years back. Medical malpractice is still the third major cause of avoidable deaths in the US and rivals the number of deaths from the virus (and how many of those were medical malpractice we will never know).

You might want to check your facts before making an argument.

India has a 10.10% positivity rate compared to the US which has an 8.5% positivity rate.

The US is now on a downward trend where India is still trending up.

sit tight, amigo.  India may yet pass us.  they also have a very young population, which is less likely to die of CV19

most Indians have no electricity, so i doubt they even know how many die in one city, much less how many die in the 40 thousand mud hut villages in india

it's clearly trump's fault....

I mean, there is absolutely no reason to bring up any other factor.....as indicated by the fact you just keep asking about other countries every time you fail to get the affirmation you so desperately crave from actual informed responses...

can I have "best answer" now?

Have you ever visited India? Most people there are skinny beyond belief. Obesity is the number one risk factor for COVID-19 deaths. Are Americans obese? Of course they are. Everybody knows this.

All I can say is that while the disease runs rampant in India, i receive Far less calls from them trying to sell me fake drugs, fix my computer or give me benefits on my credit cards

India even shares a border with China! Why don't the Indians claim there are caravans of infected Chinese coming to spread the disease throughout India? Trump's blaming it all on China and there's a huge ocean between our two countries.
