Not exterminated, but their powers need to be restrained.
First, nobody should ever be forced to join a union as a condition of employment.
Second, no public employee unions should ever be allowed at any level of government.
Third, no union should ever be allowed to spend any part of a member's dues for political activities without that member's written permission.
I have probably left something out, but this is a good start.

People complain about organized labor, but many of the standards for wages and benefits in the workplace today would likely not exist except that labor unions came to be a force as strong as managers. Organized labor was a response to what was perceived as abuse by managers. An individual worker has little clout against management. Labor unions were a logical solution to the mismatch of power in the worker/manager relationship. Today we have few workers represented by unions in the US. The threat of unionization has faded as a tool to help American workers.
If you think that unions will just fade away, then there is no reason to exterminate them, now is there. It would just be a waste of time and energy.

Should Labor unions be exterminated ?
well of course, if you hear something bad about something, then you should exterminate them.
You would have done well in Conservative Nazi Germany. Hitler felt the same way.

I think you know nothing about American History. Do you think there wasn't ever a time when unions didn't exist? It was so great for the workers! Working 60 hour weeks with no overtime. Unable to support their families even doing that. Dying at a rate of one a day because of industrial accidents the owners couldn't care less about.
I think you believe that all employers are benevolent people who want only the best for their workers and the bottom line is only secondary in their aims. Find a country where that works and get back to me.

I partially agree with you. Labor unions HAVE done a lot of good. But, labor unions have also done a great deal of harm. So, I believe labor unions are a necessary evil. We sure don't want 'em. But, we sure need 'em.

You: Unions evil, heard from reliable source?
Me: And that might be?
You: Rush and Hannity.
Me: And what were there arguments against unions?
You: Because Unions...union thug bosses....right to work...me forget why unions bad, but me know unions BAD.

Considering that my second cousins (aka the irish mafia) control most labor unions in my state, and take millions in taxpayer money through their fruadish schemes via the unions, i do think that they should be banned. No more unions=no more mafia.

No. But I do think it's time to dispel the myth that unions are the 7th Cavalry riding to rescue the downtrodden worker. Unions are profit-making operations in the advocacy business, just as lawyers are. As cash cows, unions have attracted the avaricious eyes of the Mafia for decades and all too often have taken on their character. There are crooks in unions as there are crooks in business. There are crooks in the practise of law also. By all means cast a suspicious eye on unions as we do on business and lawyers, but let's not paint them all with the same brush. There is good and bad in all walks of life.

No. You are an idiot and your opinions do not matter. You are the only one here who needs to be exterminated.
The Constitution gives labor unions the right to exist. You are obviously too stupid and ignorant to comment on this subject at all.

No. Some people just don't require a 3rd party to get the pay and benefits from having a job that they desire. I've always negotiated my own wages and managed to find common ground with my employers
