Is he afraid that he'll be know (as if he wasn't already) as a LYING SNEAKY SOB? MAN UP MIITTENS! Cons made President Obama release his birth certificate (though there are still a pocket sized amount of conspiracy theorists AKA lunatics who won't believe its real) so why can't mittens MAN UP and release his tax records already?
