This is not delicious, especially if you like seafood. Rather this is a sad case of a company not following proper procedures and trying to finger point to subcontractors who should not have been hired. There are no innocent parties in this. It was reported that government inspections were lightened over the years and were not increased after the former administration changed. We as Americans have to begin to understand that oil alone is not a good source for energy and that we must seriously begin to look at alternative sources of energy. This spill will permanently impact the gulf coast and many small businesses like fishing and tourism are going to be negatively impacted for decades to come. I also understand that I am also at fault because I like many other Americans take the simply and quick method of using a gasoline fueled car out for small errands. We are all responsible for the condition of the earth, conservative or liberal. Conservatives and liberals still need oxygen, water and food and as long as we keep abusing our resources our future generations will be left fighting for what is left.

shall we see, if the U. S. replaced into allowed to drill of its very own shorelines it could have been an American corporation drilling and the twist of destiny very nicely might in no way have occurred, so in a manner its obama's fault, its the left fault little question, in the event that they hadn't stopped nuclear potential plant shape we'd all be putting Hydrogen in our vehicles and the full oil mess might have ended many years in the past

There is nothing delicious about this tragedy. This could wipe out allot of beautiful wetland estuaries for years. also the impact on our fishing and tourist industries has started even before the oil has hit the shore. Find it in your heart to let just this one crisis go to waste, politically.

Too bad it didn't happen on land so that the problem would have been averted. Unfortunately thanks to the liberal enviro weenies we are forced to drill so far off shore that catostrophic environmental accidents will be common place. Isn't it delicious irony that those that warned about the catastrophe are the same people that caused it.

The very minute that Obama bought in. Everything that the Hapless Homeboy touches turns into a mess.

Just like every crisis, liberals only use them to advance their political agenda. Anyone who thinks they actually care about the environmnt is naive.
