This news was flashed just half an hour ago on "India news"channel.
Hizb-ul-Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin, who also heads the United Jihad Council, an umbrella organisation of all the militant groups active in Kashmir was called in the studio of Pakistan's national television. He spits venom against India and declares a final war against India. He vows to destroy India and said either India or their Jihadis will survive after the war.
►Though we are used to such threat warning but my question is why a terrorist was called to the studio of their country's national television? Doesn't this proves that they have the support of their government?
►I have some good friends from Pakistan who are active in the cricket section of Y!A website. They all are good in nature and patriot towards their country. So I believes that good people like them are also present in significant number in their country. In spite of these, how do always bad people comes to the power in Pakistan?

Sayeed Salahudeen is an Indian National and I should say Indian traitor, but he is not a terrorist in Pakistan, he is very welcomed and seen as a political activist in Pakistan. That is why Pakistan sees no issues in promoting his anti-India agenda through its official channels.

Its very important to note that Sayeed Salahudeen started his activities as a peaceful political separatist movement. And he contested in elections in 1987 in J & K, but after he lost to National Conference, and due to his violent protests, he was arrested and released in 1989, he joined the armed movement. Until then he was called as "Mohammed Yusaf Shah".

In 1995 he crossed LOC and since then he remains in Pakistan, of course he crossed border illegally, several times he appears on television, several times government of India has demanded for this person, but the government of Pakistan does not give this person to India. The reason is simple, this person is a very aggressive spokesperson for Pakistan government against India. Why would Pakistan government afford to lose such person?

As far as Pakistan citizens are concerned, every country has good and bad people, every country as moderate and extremist people. The problem with Pakistan is, the broken democratic system. Look at the history of our that neighbor. Since they broke from us, they could not survive peacefully for one complete decade. The army, government, and the notorious intelligence agency ISI, all interfere in each others work, and in past few years, we have seen that even judiciary is being attacked by government. The ground reality of that country is, no one knows who is the real ruler of that country, and extremism is the superior force. The good citizens of Pakistan are the victims of this mess. Unless Pakistan has a strong democratic government without any external interference, independent judiciary, neither Pakistan can live in peace nor they would let us live us in peace.

Edit:

@Zonair, India does not interfere in any Pakistan internal matters including Baluchistan, and believe me the day the India interferes in India Pakistan's internal matters, 1971 will be repeated, hope you remember Pakistan had a peace of land that it claimed as "East Pakistan". Baluchistan and Indian interference is a false propaganda by Pakistan as face saving exercise by Pakistan government, the reality is Pakistan's interference in Indian internal matters, and that entire world knows with proof of 26/11 where Pakistan's sponsored attackers spread terror, and Kashmir where Pakistan has not only illegally occupied Indian land, but also spreading terror every day.

May god give you peace.

MS has said it. I can add only one point namely, that India govt should follow a determined and sound foreign policy to isolate Pakis which is presently lacking.

It should also stop its 'appeasement policy' with militant minorities, be they the extremist muslim, christian, Maoist or Naxalite political minorities. We have seen that the militants are not the least moved by peace gestures, but feel convinced of the success of militancy.

Appeasement is unfortunately in the blood of our govts. If the labour shout they yield, if some communal or regional group agitates they yield to the demands, without the grit to stand by the merits. That is not the way of a strong govt.

With strong home and foreign policies, the threat of terror could be abundantly managed.

what can anybody's opinion on terror be?

i am terrified by it..i am disgusted by it..i am angered by it....what gives this man the right to take other peoples lives..to kill children murder men and women?

the television isnt the government....i have faith in omar abdullah...he is a muslim and he is an indian...we will never win this war if we start doubting our comarades

i know people from pak too..when i was abroad i met them...they are really nice people..we have almost everything in common with them...so i am quite suprised when people mouth "pakistani" as a bad word...there definitely are bad people in pakistan..people who want to hurt us....but there are also good people in pakistan..people who can never wish ill on anyone...

the system in pakistan is a closed system...most pakistanis cant get into the political system there...that is why the pakistanis who are good perhaps never get a chance to implement state policy

1. You are just wrongly informed that there are good people in pakistan. If good people of India can change and can prevent bad elements to act, why good people of Pakistan can not change their country? They are here to pass the time and gather your sympathy. The basis of Pakistan formation is hatred towards India. The day they stop hating Indians, their country will collapse.

2. India must act immediately to get Pakistan declared as "Rough" state.

3. We have done enough missile testing. We must proceed for nuke testing.

4. We should not discard the theory that China will always act an ally to Pakistan.

5.Militancy is on decline in Kashmir. It may be sheer frustation of them. However India must not take it lightly.

Somebody seriously let that region sort itself out. The US and Europe should protect it's own borders and let the middle east burn off all that anger they have. This terror sh*t is becoming ridiculous.

If you're Indian I say this. Setup your own Indian Border patrol and stop dealing with western companies that exploit countries in the middle east. Terrorists never really want anything realistic but I think something that might appease them is the ability rampage through their own countries without outside intervention. Another thing that might help is making vacation visas harder to get than work visas.

terrorists are not a partiular group, but its a weapon like atom bomb, hydrogen bomb, applied in proxy war, mainly promoted in a unsecured democratic nation, so we have to contribute, means to promoted by else community in the whole world to guide the peoples in that nation to survive its people

I have never seen any Hindu blow up a building in another country for their religious beliefs. Nor Budhist, or Athiest, nor have I ever seen a Jew bow up a building in Germany for the actions of WW2, but muslims do it all the time if you simply insult them. Yet, they say "Islam is peaceful".

I have never had a hindu or Jew or Budhist, or Athiest try to force their ways of life upon me, or try to convert me to theirs, but muslims do this any way they can, ye they say "Islam is peaceful".

Of all the wars on earth, very few involve Hindu's, or Jews, or Christians, or Athiest or Budhist, but nearly all of them involve Muslims. yet they say "Islam is peaceful".

Figure it out.

1st point: NO !

2nd point: Bad people don't always come into power, their is this group of corrupt politicians but they have nothing to do with terrorism...

My opinion, its like two sides of the same coin, both India and Pakistan..."if you want to stop terrorism stop participating in it" simple as that, is Indian not interfering in Baluchistan, well, it is...sorry but that is the truth, India hasn't been an angel itself...plus to the people above, it has nothing to do with religions so beat it.

the congress led UPA is yet to honor and reward the 26/11 attackers; so until then, no fresh attacks will be ordered.
