If Republicans are called "repuglicans" by some people, should Democrats be called "dumocrats"?
Just wondering why some people of the "tolerant" and "inclusive" party don't seem to be either.

Julia Robert said something like that.
She said Republicans can be found in a dictionary between Reptile and Repugnant or something...
It's a myth that Neo-liberals are tolerant and inclusive.
YOU NOTICE MOST OF THE NAME CALLINGS AND EMOTIONAL/IRRATIONAL ATTACK COMES FROM LIBERALS...

When I first saw this question, I wanted to answer "A very politically minded dog". But now I see it's a serious question. Unfortunately when there are big groups of people involved, not everyone is going to put out a good front. Not everyone in the group is going to act how they should. That's just group dynamics. The trick is not to take what one person says and attribute it to the group as a whole.

For 8 years I set and listened to repuglicans *****, storm, complain, and attack what was the best president that is in my memory, now it is my turn, I fully plan to do it for the rest of Bush's term, I have to admit he makes it easy for me to do that as he is the dumbest, most ignorant yard of pond scum that I have seen in my life. That is why I call repugnant repuglicans like I see them.
Just doing my thing, sonny, I do not expect a closed minded self centerd, me generation repuglican to agree with me.

Try to refrain from name calling. The political culture in this country has become so divisive over the past few years. Instead of recognizing that there is corruption anywhere there is power, the phrase "culture of corruption" has been enlisted by the Democrats to use in the next election. I don't know about any of you, but I am extremely tired of all of the name calling, back-biting, etc. I want elected officials to DO THEIR PROSPECTIVE JOBS!! My friends are from different backgrounds, religions, political views, but we can disagree like reasonable adults, and I expect nothing less of politicians!

They shouldn't be called "dumocrats". Most Republicans left name calling on the 3rd grade playground.

I'll be the first to admit I'm not very politically-minded, but I think you raise a very valid and arguably-sound point. Thanks for making me think of something a little differently.
