Godaddy CEO Bob Parsons shot an elephant today in Zimbabwe hurting its own company brand and reputation. The controversy quickly spread on the Internet. PETA, the animal rights activist group, lead the charge by closing its Godaddy account. Meanwhile, Namecheap, one of GoDaddy's biggest competitors, swoops in for the kill. Namecheap is offering a special price of $4.99 for Godaddy transfers where 20% of the proceeds go to SaveTheElephants.com.

Well, I guess GoDaddy is going to pay the price for their CEO's stupidity. And I guess other companies will learn from the mistake of GoDaddy and not repeat it.

The herd was destroying the village's crops and threatening the village. The village butchered the elephant, they are so hungry there was not enough meat for everyone.
