At this point, Obama's only goal is to not lose in 2012. He's not really going to have much legislative victory from now on. The moderate Dems aren't going to give him any more tough votes. Next year, he may not even have a majority in one of the houses of Congress.

properly the "wish", "substitute" ingredient grew to develop into into no wish for substitute. he might want to artwork on a sparkling slogan, something like "I honestly do not have any plan, or wish of a plan, yet i am going to spend you into melancholy"
