I mean common core says 2 + 2 can equal 5 if the process is right....but tell any mother who passed first grade addition 2 +2 equals 5 regardless of the process, 99.9999999% will tell you your stupid, so how under obama can anyone attack home schooling when obama's america are teaching children 2+2=5?

Actually, common core has it's roots in a Republican-led school reform effort . Common core was born during the 2001 when Bush's --No Child Left Behind -- was established nationwide. In fact, many republicans remain behind this idea which likely has greater accountability in this school curriculum.

I know this was going on in 2007 when Bush jr, Jeb Bush and Huckabee were all in favor of common core.

Suddenly, some republican has decided to attach Obama's name to it in a feeble attempt to create paranoia and polarization that are so popular in republican campaigning. Are they actually assuming that the American people are so poorly educated they would fall for this.

Apparently they do because they have now dubbed common core "Obamacore" and I can't stop laughing at the buffoonery.

The study for Common Core actually began under Bush, its not a liberal plan. And Jeb Bush is, or was a big proponent of it.

All you have to do. Is compare the kids who are home schooled

with those that are not. Compare who graduates with who does

not.. I will take the home school any day of the week. Thanks.

After attending many school district meetings regarding common core, I have formed a hypothesis. The reason they are starting to teach this Horseshit, is to make students think that everything has "grey areas". So, in the future, our kids will think the whole Constitution has "grey areas".

Also, the elimination of cursive writing, is so kids will not be able to read the Constitution, The Declaration of Independence, and The Bill of Rights. All of which were written in cursive.

just my humble opinion.
