US taxpayers going to get soaked for the ongoing loss of Obamacare income? Plans NOT working out, Obama?

ADMINISTRATION ANNOUNCES ANOTHER DELAY IN EMPLOYER OBAMACARE MANDATE
"The Obama administration announced another delay Monday, in the requirement on businesses to provide health coverage to workers, giving some employers a reprieve next year while phasing in the mandate for others.

The administration had already delayed the implementation of the so-called employer mandate by a year, initially pushing the requirements off until 2015 -- past the midterm elections. In a concession to business, though, Treasury Department officials announced Monday that the administration would not enforce the rules across the board next year."

Instead, the administration will let employers with 50 to 99 employees off the hook in 2015. They'll be required to report on how many workers are covered but will have until 2016 before being required to cover full-time staff or pay a penalty.

Republican critics blasted the latest delay, using the announcement to renew their call for the law to be entirely suspended or repealed. Though some employers are getting a reprieve under this change, Americans would still be required to obtain health insurance, through what's known as the individual mandate. " FOX News 2/10/14

The web site isn't done yet. People are having all kinds of issues. Some thought they had insurance only to find out at the hospital or doctor's office that they don't. There is no way they should let this move forward until its working correctly and the web site is finished. They should suspend the whole law that includes fines. Its a failure.

He doesn't want employers to cover insurance. That's pretty clear by now. Obama should have Congress change this law so it works or get rid of it.

It also maybe a reaction to the last 2 non-farm payroll numbers if average comes in around 94K per month, and the effect they know the ACA will have on employment, so the WH is trying ease the pain, punt the ball by extending the mandate, in a hail mary, hoping to turn around this will turn around the potential slowing of the economy because of all these new regulation/ taxes being imposed upon the small business

Obama desperately wants to postpone the massive job losses that will result from employers trying to avoid the cost of the mandate.

At least he wants to delay it until after the 2014 elections, so Democrats don't have to suffer the consequences of their actions in that election.

If he can delay it past 2016, it's almost certain a Democrat will win that election, also.

Democrats are always trying to avoid the effects of their own actions. By delaying them, or by making up fairy tales about how somehow Republicans are to blame for what Democrats did.

They say things like the parties switched places after Democrats started the KKK, and that fascism is right wing.

Delaying the effects of his own signature legislation is a piece of cake, compared to the massive brainwashing campaign it took to peddle their other famous blame avoidance tactics.

Obama's mindless followers (Alice, for example) should take notice of just how little confidence the architects of the "Affordable" Care Act have in their crowning legislative achievement. Apparently, Obamacare is SO GOOD for everyone that its supporters beg for exemptions from it, key parts of it have to be delayed for years, and untold millions of dollars are being spent on a multimedia advertising campaign that includes everything from Richard Simmons to talking animals.

Be clear.

LAW REQUIRES those employers to comply and Obama WILL NOT allow that to be changed. He simply pinky-swears he won't PROSECUTE owners who BREAK THE LAW.

Roughly 0% of the non-retarded believe him so will proceed to COMPLY and Obama will deny HIS law has any connection to the result since he "suspended" it.

First you want him to be more flexible and less rigid with his timetable, then when he shows some flexibility you hoot and holler that he is intimidated by the Republicans. I assure you that is so very far from the case that it speaks only to the increasing desperation of his critics. The rollout of the Affordable Care health plans is proceeding ever more smoothly and more and more citizens are happily availing themselves of an improved, less expensive plan under the new system.

Even those of us who already have excellent coverage will save money by not having to subsidize those who could not afford health insurance in the past.

Why is he doing this? He is exempting everyone from saving money and being healthy? What a silly thing to do.

Obama has to know how bad this looks. He himself clearly does not believe it's going to go well. Its unnerving to see that he has no faith whatsoever in his biggest piece of legislation as president.

Everything he does is political and he does not care if you have medical care or not, there will be millions who cannot get health care because they cannot pay the deductible.

They certainly don't want him to campaign for them.
