Do you like my idea of a government?

This is a school project for debate class, please give me some opinions and views.

Centrumism Manifesto
It is of an imperial importance for an advanced society that is not based on an aristocratic self-governing unity, to be governed by those who are socially, intellectually and moreover spiritually fit to govern. If the bricks of the government are removed, the government clashes and in order to regain its ideal structure and function, a group of advanced leaders and minds must be set for the completion of that specific task. The idea of the governance of this ordering relies on electing multiple leaders who have the dependability erected from the decisions of their electors. In an imperfect world where societies have different desires and tend to revolutionize their conditions the leaders that are apt to control this proposed governmental system will be able to provide the people with satisfaction at a given time by temporarily governing the state with the order that suits the desire of the people. Furthermore, the different aspects of the state would be able to be governed by the organizations that are most appropriate for the development of those branches. Such as a Capitalistic Unity could be suited for the commercial activities inside the state, while at the same instant a Communist Unity could be in charge of the military undertakings in the state. Thus the society will be layered with the levels of accomplishment for the good of the state, and with the levels of intellect and wisdom. Those who would desire to seek an asylum that is based on a specific government will be directed to that territory and will live by the logic, law, and by the changes within that government unless they choose to leave the territory and follow a different leader. If during a course of history one type of Unity dominates while others shrink, it will be only because the population had chosen to immigrate into the territory of that Unity. Thus the popularity of the Unity will not be able to deliberately affect the overall structure of the government. If essentially after an election it has been proposed that a Capitalist Unity will lead the decisions of the commercial pack while the population sinks into the Democratic Unity of the state which is in charge of the social law of the whole state at that given point, the Democratic Unity would not be able to influence the decisions of the other Unities unless a greater percentile of voters has come towards the conclusion that a certain modification must take place.

Structure of the Society
Society must implicate the idea of “Equal Rights” with the ideology of Equality. Equal Rights are given with the hope that people within the different stages of their lives will have the ability to involve in the same legal activities and involve in the decision-makings of the government. In a distinctive note, the central purpose of an elected intelligent leader is to check if those governmental choices and revolutions done by the society were of logical means.

What happens when the unities dissolve into one and everyone follows the ideas of that one unity. That will be a problem. Its also elitist cuz it says someone has to be socially and intellectually superior to others. Equal right movement will always be a failure cuz no one is equal u can't say they are and hope that a dream will come Tru it just makes people more blind to the message behind equal rights.

No as these ideas were from long ago from intellectuals in Frankfurt, Germany in 1923! One does not make equality by passing more laws when the laws already insist on it, but are not enforced! America, as example, had these laws of equality but the Federal Government overstepped their bounds and the Supreme Court denied many their equal rights for years! We cannot trust governments to support equality as it does not happen. It takes the people and the media to do so. At present the media in the US does not support any equality, but bias and bigotry and, financially it is destroying all our rights!
