How many times have democrats made promises they never keep. They promised the voters that we would get out of Iraq. As usual, Democrats will tell you what you want to hear, and then they get in power and don’t do what they promised. I follow everything the Dems say to get elected and then I do my research. One of many things they have lied about is the middleclass is shrinking, big lie just got to the US census bureau and you’ll see it’s not true. The facts on the uninsured is not represented correctly, most can afford insurance they just don’t want it. How many people don’t have car insurance, I bet that number is higher. Saying the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, that’s BS too. You can look that up at U.S. Department of Labor and US Census.

About the same number as most politicians -- meaning just about all campaign promises.

Not sure. So many Democrats and Republicans make promises all the time that they never keep, it gets difficult to see the difference between the two.

"They promised the voters that we would get out of Iraq. As usual, Democrats will tell you what you want to hear, and then they get in power and don’t do what they promised."

You have got to be kidding.

How many bills have they sent to President Dumbass that called for a timetable for US troop withdrawal from Iraq, only to have it vetoed?

What does your exhaustive "research" show?

Some small part of me really wants to see a DEM in the White House!! I dont know exactly why but i think its because if one does get to make 1600 Pennsylvania their address for the next four years im going to enjoy the heck out of getting to bash the heck outta them and watch the eggs on the faces of the so many who think "liberalism" aka "socialism" and quasi-communism is such a great and patriotic virtue!-------Plus any of them will make great cannon fodder on Letterman and Leno! I need a good laugh!

Like Republicans in office, they'll lie to the people to get the positions that they're sponsors want them to get. They work for them, not for us. Don't you recall how many times through the decades that Republicans have promised to do something about illegal immigration? Is the situation any better?

Actually the number is close to the Republican promises that were never kept. The tally is about even with the unkept promises by the GOP having a slight edge.

Couldn't you have asked how many times have the democrats actually kept their promises?

It would have made this a lot easier.

How's that cakewalk Bush/Cheney promised coming along?

Have all our soldiers had their fill of flowers and candy?

And Bush called up his friends the Saudis and told them to "open up the spigot" (sic) like he promised in 2000, right?

Thanks for playing...... NEXT!

Dems do it as much as any other politicians. The Reps and Dems are virtually the same. Take a step back and realize how crooked they both are.

Ya know, I was thinking about asking a similar question a bit ago...

It's kinda like this, they promised the entire country before the 2006 elections that they had a "promise" for the war in Iraq...

What were those words _____________?

Did they deliver?

I'll never forget them!!!

EDIT:

As it stands, Republicans far outweigh the odds of winning in 08 than DEMOCRATS!!

WOOHOO! GO REPUBLICANS!!
